I developed and honed my data skills as a researcher at Yale University investigating and analyzing data from the CERN collaboration. I constructed algorithms to treat data, find patterns, extract knowledge and in the end deploy my solutions. I have used a wide range of analysis strategies and AI/ML methods to achieve the desired results. More than 10 years’ experience working on one of the world’s largest dataset has given me amble experience in data handling and data analysis.
The last years I have been working at the Digital Development part of Grundfos. I was hired as a Senior Data Analyst and then promoted to Lead Big Data Engineer and finally Lead Data Architect. In the two latter position I have designed and helped build the data platform , defining the foundation for advanced analytics. The promotions have been due to my data understanding, communication skills and my ability to engage others. I thrive by finding solutions with others, and as the solution crystallizes, I am confident in taking the lead.
I have the analytic mindset, the deep hands-on experiences, and the proven communication skills to successfully make data results. I easily get a good relation to people with different professional profiles, and thereby establish a broad foundation for great collaborations adding value with multifaceted solutions.
I believe in people and I believe in data, bring the two together and the world can be a better place.
